By no means is therapy something to be embarrassed about, yet people tend to either talk about it as little as possible, or got to great lengths to make sure no one finds out at all. Don’t be like this, be open and honest with the people around you and things will get so much easier.
Keep Yourself Busy
Keeping yourself busy is the main rule. If you’re feeling low, don’t isolate yourself every evening. Go for a run, go to the gym, go to the cinema. Whatever you have to do to make sure that you’re not sitting in on your own overthinking whatever might have got you to the place where you’re feeling so low.
