Johnsonville Brats with Creamy Sriracha Carrot Slaw
- 1 package Johnsonville Naturals Brats
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 ½ cups shredded carrots
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onions
In a mixing bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha hot sauce, lemon juice and salt. Then, toss the shredded carrots and sliced red onions in the dressing. Keep in the fridge or cooler until ready to top your brats.
Grill your Johnsonville Natural brats. Also grill your buns.
When you’re ready to eat, top your brats with the creamy slaw and enjoy!
