My favorite time of year has arrived ...spring! A feeling of renewal and lightness sets in as the heaviness of winter melts away and we can finally start shedding layers of clothing. Not to mention, all of the wonderful celebrations the come with the season. And with those celebrations, there’s always a delicious meal to be enjoyed with friends and family.

It wouldn’t be Easter without eggs. This incredible food is one of the most nutritious and versatile foods out there. Chef Chrissy Camba of Maddy’s Dumpling House in Chicago, shares recipes that call for the egg as the star of the show.
