4 Ways To Make Pro-Level Cannabis Gummies
For many people, cooking with cannabis is a new and exciting way to experience the plant. Cannabis cooking offers a unique opportunity to explore different strains and flavors, as well as the complex interactions between them. It can also be a great way to enjoy cannabis in a social setting. As with any type of cooking, there are a few things to keep in mind when cooking with cannabis. First, it is necessary to understand the different types of cannabis strains and how they will affect the dish. In general, Indica strains are more pungent and earthy, while Sativa strains are sweeter and citrusy. It is crucial to choose the perfect strain that will complement the other ingredients in the dish. However, many hybrid strains combine these two flavors. Second, pay attention to the temperature and cooking time, as over-cooking can result in unpleasant flavors. Cannabis gummy sweets are without a doubt one of the most convenient and enjoyable ways for people with a sweet tooth to consume cannabis!
Here are four ways that you may use to create them at home.
Gummies With CBD Oil
1 large pack of flavored gelatin cubes
1 1/2 cups fruit juice (to enhance the flavors of the jelly of your choice)
¼ cup of cannabis oil
½ cup of honey 4 sachets of gelatin A pinch of cornstarch
In a saucepan, combine the gelatin cubes, cannabis, honey, and one cup of juice.
While heating gently, stirring frequently. The remaining liquid and the gelatin sachets should be blended thoroughly in a bowl.
Give it some time to rest. Add the fruit juice and gelatin mixture to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring continuously.
The mixture should be poured into silicone molds. If you want to get some gummy bears, purchase some bear-shaped molds. Refrigerate and let it cool (be sure to let the mixture cool to room temperature before putting it in the fridge).
Gummies With Cannabis-Infused Coconut Oil
1 pack of gelatin (whatever flavor you prefer)
2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
2 teaspoons of soy lecithin
½ cup of cannabis-infused coconut oil
1 ¾ cup of water gummy mold
Over medium-low heat, preheat a medium saucepan. Combine 1/4 cup of water, soy lecithin, and coconut oil. To combine, thoroughly stir everything together.
1 cup of the leftover heated water and the gelatin should be combined in a different pot.
By beating, thoroughly combine the ingredients. When well combined, add the gelatin sachet and continue beating.
Stirring frequently, add the gelatin and gelatin mixture to the saucepan, and bring to a boil. Whisk for a total of six minutes, adjusting the heat as needed to keep it from boiling too much. Before pouring the liquid into the gummy bear shape, remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.
Allow the gummies to cool for at least two hours at room temperature. Remove the gummy candies from the mold after they have completely cooled and let them air dry for 48 to 60 hours.
Fruity CBD Gummies
50 ml of water
200 ml of red fruit juice with no added sugar
50 ml of apple concentrate
50 ml of rice jelly
2 tablespoons of agar powder
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
In a bowl, thoroughly blend the starch, agar, and water.
If you choose to utilize CBD tincture, you should use 25–50ml for this ratio. Put it to simmer.
After that, add the juice and sweeteners, and cook over low heat for an additional 6 minutes to bring it to a boil.
Take the pan off the heat, add the agar and starch combination, and cook for an additional three minutes while stirring regularly.
Use 7 to 14 drops of oil if you want to. After that, simmer for 6 minutes with the juice and sweeteners.
Pour into molds with a sturdy foundation and store in the refrigerator.
Tea-Based CBD Gummies
1 bottle of CBD oil
1 cup of water
6 hibiscus, lemon, or peach tea bags
3 tablespoons of dried fruit powder, such as raspberries or strawberries
1/2 tablespoon of refined white sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
24 drops of rich CBD oil
Pour the tea bags into a heat-resistant bowl after bringing the water to a boil.
Depending on the type of tea, give the combination 5 to 10 minutes to infuse before filtering it.
Take out 3/4 of a cup of tea, then throw away the liquid.
Add the tea, sugar, and lemon juice to a saucepan along with the dried fruit powder.
The mixture should be stirred until fully mixed. Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil without letting it burn.
Whisk continuously as you gradually pour the gelatin mixture into the pan to ensure that the gelatin thoroughly dissolves. Once the gelatin has completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth and glassy, continue to simmer it over medium heat. After taking the liquid off the heat, stir in 24 drops of CBD oil. Stir thoroughly until the tincture is evenly distributed.
Fill the silicone mold with the mixture and chill for at least two hours.
