1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Method:
In a blender, add the almond milk
first, then add the blueberries and protein powder in it and blend it until all

prior to consumption.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp
coffee
1 scoop of
protein powder
1 frozen
banana
½ tbsp dark
cocoa powder
Method:
In a blender, add the almond milk first then frozen banana, coffee, cocoa
powder, and protein powder. Blend everything until it attains a smooth and

1/3 cup coconut water
1/4 cup of mint water
1 tbsp lemon
juice
¼ avocado

1 tsp of
chia seeds or flax seeds

Method:
Put everything inside a blender, starting with the coconut water then
proceeding to add the other ingredients, and blend everything until it becomes

make it thick or more coconut water to make it thin.

Method:
Put

are not using frozen fruits, then you can add in the ice separately to give the
smoothie a thick texture.

½ peach
½ banana
