1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp coffee

1 frozen banana

A slice of peeled ginger

1 tsp of chia seeds or flax seeds

Ice

 

Method:
Put everything inside a blender, starting with the coconut water then proceeding to add the other ingredients, and blend everything until it becomes smooth and the contents are no longer discernible. You can add in more ice to make it thick or more coconut water to make it thin.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder

½ cup frozen pineapples

½ cup frozen mango

Honey (optional)

 

Method:

Put everything inside the blender and blend it well until it becomes smooth. If you are not using frozen fruits, then you can add in the ice separately to give the smoothie a thick texture.

½ peach

½ banana

2 tbsp rolled oats

1 scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder

Ice

 

Method:
In a blender, add all the ingredients, starting with the almond milk first. Blend everything until the contents become mixed together and smooth. You can add in more almond milk or water to make help in blending the ingredients.
