Grilled Lemon Tiger Prawns
Shrimp is a great ingredient for the busy work week because of it’s quick cooking time and elegant appeal.
This recipe uses Tiger Prawns, easily grilled. You can serve this over a plate of simply made pasta drizzled with olive oil and Parmesan cheese, or even with a Cesar salad for an upscale twist on a classic.

- 2 lbs of Tiger Prawns – shelled and deveined
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 lemon – cut into thick circles
- 1 TBL of fresh Italian parsley
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 TBL Kosher Salt
- Fresh Cracked Pepper
In a large bowl, toss the prawns with fresh lemon juice, 1/2 TBL of kosher salt and 1 tsp of black pepper. Marinate for about 20 minutes. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side, until prawns have turned pink. Grill the sliced lemons, until grill marks are visible for garnish.
Arrange shrimp on a platter. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with chopped parsley and grilled lemons.
