Salmon & Garbanzo Saute

Episode 8: Savoring Family Life Vlog

In a busy house with kids and their friends playing, a fridge I haven't had time to clean and organize, I was trying to figure out what to make for dinner with whatever was in the fridge. Tell me that you haven't been in this situation before!

I took salmon pieces I found at Valli Produce, one of my favorite local markets, left over garbanzo beans and some chopped veggies and whipped up a meal that was healthy and delicious.

What quick recipes have you made before using whatever you can find in the fridge and pantry? Share them with me. I'd like to know!
