Sheet Pan Chicken Teriyaki
Everyone loves a good teriyaki meal and sheet pan meals are the perfect kinds of dishes to make during busy weeknights.
I went on The Jam Show on WCIU for my In The Kitchen segment to share this easy recipe that you've got to try at home!
Sheet Pan Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground garlic
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 pound chicken tenders
- Carrots
- 1/2 sliced red onions
- 2 cups green beans
- Sesame seeds
Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, spices with honey and cornstarch.
Take a sheet pan and place your chicken and vegetables in an even layer. Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with rice.
